About This Programme:

The British Army STEPS workshop is an insightful and engaging session for apprentices and academy staff to discover the fantastic opportunities to play sport to a high level whilst simultaneously working towards a chosen trade that the British Army has to offer. The workshop empowers apprentices to take ownership and accountability of the core values and standards they wish to see promoted within an academy setting and in life in general.
